Training

During training, our consultants and experts share their international experiences in several topics. We believe, that a good training should be useful for the audience, therefore we cover not only theoretical knowledge, but practical experiences. Because a good training should be partly knowledge transfer, and partly a consulting project, therefore we are open to the questions and opinion of the audience. We provide organisational training in the following areas:

SAP
SAP is probably the most popular ERP software, that functionality covers almost every aspect of an organisation. We provide training in the following SAP functions: FI, CO, MM, ST and other modules. For deeper interest we provide training on ABAP programming, customisation and workflow. We also provide consulting on SAP system implementations.

Project management
The training includes the most important theoretical and practical guides for practical work. The training covers the following topics: project planning (time, scope, resources), project organisation, project controlling, project risks, contracting, resource and cost management, communication, quality management, based on the PRINCE and PMBOK methodologies. We also offer a special 'Certified EU Project Manager' training, which can be useful for EU consortiums, projects and collaborations.

ITIL
The IT Infrastructure Library integrates international best practices on IT infrastructure management, and provides a methodology and standard on IT service management and operations. During the training we show the significance of IT service management and ITIL, including the following areas: Service desk, configuration management, incident and problem management, change management, release management, business continuity management, capacity management, cost management, availability and service level management and security management.
