![]() | 'The role of mobile learning in European education' The Socrates Programme, Minerva project (227828-CP-1-2006-1-IE-MINERVA-MPP) The objective of this project is to bring this unprecedented ownership of mobile devices into European education and training. For this reason the first target group is Commission decision makers and decision makers in the 25 EU states to whom the products of the project will be personally sent. Further target groups are the students and institutions in the partner countries, and eventually in the whole 25 countries. | 'Semantic enabled Agile Knowledge-based E-government' SAKE - The 6th Framework Programme (FP6), an Information Society Technologies project (IST-2002-7.1.2.8.) The SAKE project addresses the afore-mentioned needs by specifying, developing and deploying a holistic framework and supporting tools for an agile knowledge-based e-government that will be sufficiently flexible to adapt to changing and diverse environments and needs. The proposed SAKE solution will comprise: (a) a semantic-based change management system, (b) semantic-based content management system, (c) a semantic-based groupware system. | 'Certified e-Learning Manager' CeLM - The Lifelong Learning Programme, Leonardo da Vinci project In this ITP project CELT (Certified E-Learning Managers Transfer) the results of two former EU projects will transferred to the market in form of job role based training and certificates. In PLATO (E-Learning project, 2006 – 2007) a new strategy of online learning systems has been developed and the knowledge about using such potentials will be transported. In EQN (European Qualification network) a partnership of 45 raining institutions in 18 countries agreed joint quality criteria and common certification rules which are applied across the different European regions in the Life Long Learning scope in the IT and services sector. read more |

| 'European Languages Virtual Network' ELViN - The Lifelong Learning Programme, Leonardo da Vinci project (505740-2009-LLP-ES-KA2-KA2MP) The project aims to address these issues by creating a multilingual online social community of language learners, based on existing social network software, which will be enhanced with tools developed by the project. These innovations will facilitate the request and rapid creation of relevant up-to-date content, and the adaptation of existing content to other linguistic and professional contexts, and the profiling of the learners according to their linguistic and content needs in order to facilitate matching of learner needs. read more |
